Performance Technologies A.E., in the context of valid information for the investing public, announces that on 23/7/2024, trading will begin on the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange of the 66,000 new ordinary registered shares resulting from the free allocation of shares to sixty-seven (67) executives of the Company, by the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting dated 11/6/2024 and the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 16/7/2024.
On 17/6/2024, the decision of the GEMI Service (Address of GEMI, S.A., Ltd. M.S.) of the ATHENS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY (EBEA) as the competent Supervisory Authority, which approved the amendment of Article 5 of the Articles of Association of the company PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES ANONYMOS ETAIRIA PLIROFORIKIS by the 11/6/2024 decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of its shareholders. By the above decision, the Company’s share capital was increased by 6,600.00 euros with the issuance of 66,000 new ordinary registered shares with a nominal value of 0.10 euros each with an equal capitalization of the premium reserve.
The Corporate Transactions Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, at its meeting on 19/7/2024, approved the inclusion for trading of the above 66,000 new ordinary registered shares of the Company.
