Η Performance Technologies A.E ενημερώνει το επενδυτικό κοινό ότι μετά την από 31/7/2024 έναρξη διαπραγμάτευσης του συνόλου των 13.968.683 κοινών ονομαστικών μετοχών της στη Ρυθμιζόμενη Αγορά του Χρηματιστηρίου Αθηνών, τα υπόχρεα πρόσωπα, ήτοι οι μέτοχοι που κατέχουν ποσοστό άνω του 5% των μετοχών της Εταιρείας, προχώρησαν σε γνωστοποίηση των ποσοστών των δικαιωμάτων ψήφων τους σύμφωνα με το Ν. 3556/2007, την Απόφαση 1/434/3.7.2007 του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της Επιτροπής Κεφαλαιαγοράς και τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 596/2014 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και Συμβουλίου.
Κατόπιν της ανωτέρω ενημέρωσης, τα ποσοστά δικαιωμάτων ψήφου των μετόχων που κατέχουν ποσοστό άνω του 5% της Εταιρείας διαμορφώνονται ως εξής:

Disclosure of voting rights percentages of Performance Technologies’ shareholders holding more than 5% of shares
Performance Technologies A.E. informs the investing public that after the start of trading of all its 13,968,683 ordinary registered shares on the Regulated Market of the Athens Stock Exchange from 31/7/2024, the obligated persons, i.e. the shareholders holding a percentage of more than 5% of the Company’s shares, proceeded to disclose the percentages of their voting rights by Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission and Regulation (E.U.) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council.
Following the above information, the percentages of voting rights of the shareholders holding more than 5% of the Company are set as follows:
