Η Performance Technologies λαμβάνει υπόψη σχόλια και παρατηρήσεις των μετόχων και φροντίζει να ανταποκρίνεται στα αιτήματα τους, στο βαθμό που αυτό είναι εφικτό. Η πολιτική της εταιρείας υποστηρίζει την ισότιμη ενημέρωση όλων των μετόχων μέσω των εγκεκριμένων διαδικασιών και διαύλων επικοινωνίας: ενημέρωση κατά τη Γενική Συνέλευση των μετόχων, δημοσίευση στην ιστοσελίδα της εταιρείας και του Χρηματιστηρίου Αθηνών, και ενημέρωση μέσω emails (τύπου newsletter), εφόσον οι μέτοχοι έχουν δηλώσει τη διεύθυνση του ηλεκτρονικού τους ταχυδρομείου στο Χρηματιστήριο και συναινούν στη λήψη τους.
Έχοντας υπόψη μας τα ανωτέρω, και καθώς έχουμε λάβει αρκετά αιτήματα ενημέρωσης αναφορικά με τον χρόνο που θα πραγματοποιηθεί η μετάταξη της εταιρείας στην Κύρια Αγορά του Χρηματιστηρίου Αθηνών, θέμα το οποίο συζητήθηκε και στην τελευταία τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση της 7/6/2023, σας ενημερώνουμε ότι η διοίκηση της εταιρείας ήδη έχει δρομολογήσει τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες για την μετάταξη και θα υπάρξει έγκαιρη ενημέρωση μέσω των ανωτέρω εγκεκριμένων διαύλων όταν αυτή ολοκληρωθεί, όπως προβλέπουν οι διαδικασίες.
Update on the transfer to the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange
Performance Technologies considers the comments and observations of shareholders and takes care to respond to their requests, to the extent possible. The company’s policy supports equal information for all shareholders through the approved procedures and communication channels: information during the General Meeting of shareholders, publication on the website of the company and the Athens Stock Exchange, and information via emails (newsletter type), as long as the shareholders have declared their email address to the Exchange and consent to receiving them.
Bearing in mind the above, and as we have received several requests for information regarding the time when the company will be transferred to the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, a matter which was also discussed at the last regular General Meeting of 7/6/2023, we are informing you that the management of the company has already launched the necessary actions for the transfer and there will be timely information through the above-approved channels when it is completed, as provided by the procedures.
