Η εταιρεία «Performance Technologies A.E.» (εφεξής «Εταιρεία») με την παρούσα ανακοίνωση ενημερώνει το επενδυτικό κοινό ότι, σε εφαρμογή της από 31/1/2024 απόφασης του 8ου θέματος Ημερήσιας Διάταξης της Έκτακτης Γενικής Συνέλευσης των μετόχων της Εταιρείας, όπως εξειδικεύτηκε με την από 28/1/2025 απόφαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου, την Δευτέρα 31/3/2025 πραγματοποίησε αγορά 2.800 ίδιων μετοχών με μέση τιμή κτήσης 5,40 ευρώ ανά μετοχή, συνολικής αξίας 15.109,87 ευρώ.
Μετά τις προαναφερόμενες αγορές η Εταιρεία κατέχει συνολικά 88.850 ίδιες μετοχές, οι οποίες αντιστοιχούν σε ποσοστό 0,64% του συνόλου των μετοχών της Εταιρείας.
Η ανακοίνωση εκδίδεται σύμφωνα με τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) αριθ. 596/2004 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Συμβουλίου της 16ης Απριλίου 2014 και τον κατ’ εξουσιοδότηση Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 2016/1052 της Επιτροπής της 8ης Μαρτίου 2016.
Own shares’ purchase announcement of 31/3/2025
“Performance Technologies SA” (or “Company”) informs the investing public that, in implementation of the 31/1/2024 decision of the 8th item of the Agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders, as specified by the 28/1/2025 decision of the Board of Directors, on Monday 31/3/2025 it purchased 2,800 own shares with an average purchase price of 5.40 euros per share, with a total value of 15,109.87 euros.
Following the recent purchases the Company now holds 88,850 own shares, corresponding to 0.64% of the Company’s total shares.
The announcement was issued under Regulation (EU) no. 596/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council on April 16, 2014, and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016.
